Hi, I'm Dafne!

When I first started trying to come up with meals that could feed my entire family, while still meeting everyone’s dietary needs, I ended up throwing a lot of food (and money!) in the trash with my failed attempts. 

Through lots of trial and error, I’ve learned to quickly create simple recipes that make everyone excited to sit down and eat at mealtimes.

I’ve combined my 30 years of practice in the kitchen with my education in Integrative Nutrition to put this meal plan together so you can avoid a cooking session that ends with the frustration of throwing a failed recipe in the trash and calling for takeout.

Cooking doesn’t have to take up a lot of your time or energy. It CAN be easy. I can’t wait for you to try these meals and experience just how easy it can be!
